Telehealth care in Utah

Psychiatry, ADHD care, weight management, recovery and everyday medical care — from one board-certified provider licensed in Utah. By video, with no drive and no waiting room.

Yes — we can treat you in Utah

Shumeka Hill holds an active Utah license. You'll need to be physically located in Utah during your appointment — a requirement that applies to every telehealth provider, not just this one.

Utah grants nurse practitioners full practice authority, so your provider evaluates, diagnoses and prescribes directly — there is no second clinician to route through and no added delay.

Access to care in Utah

Utah has one of the most severe per-capita behavioral health shortages among the mountain states, combined with a fast-growing population that has outpaced provider supply.

We see patients across the state — Salt Lake City, West Valley City, Provo, Orem, St. George and Ogden included, along with every community in between. Because care is delivered remotely, where you live in Utah has no bearing on whether you can be seen.

What we treat in Utah

One provider across all of it, so nothing falls between two specialists.

Care in Utah: common questions

Are you licensed to treat patients in Utah?
Yes. Shumeka Hill, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, CPNP-AC, LCDC II, holds an active license in Utah, along with 22 other states. You need to be physically located in Utah at the time of your appointment.
Do I need to travel to an office in Utah?
No. Every appointment happens by video from wherever you are in Utah. There is no office to drive to, no waiting room, and no parking.
Do you take insurance in Utah?
No — we are a self-pay practice and do not bill insurance in any state. That means no prior authorizations and no coverage denials delaying your care, and rates are confirmed before you book. We also do not accept Medicare or Medicaid patients. If you have commercial insurance with out-of-network benefits, we can give you an itemized receipt (a superbill) with the codes an insurer asks for, which you submit yourself. We do not submit claims and cannot say whether your plan will pay any part of it.
What can you treat in Utah?
ADHD evaluation and treatment, psychotherapy, medical weight loss, Suboxone and addiction care, menopause and hormone therapy, women's and men's health, primary care, and dermatology — all from one provider.
How soon can I be seen?
Most new patients are scheduled within the same week. No referral is required.
