Service
Primary & Preventive Care
Everyday medical care from a family nurse practitioner who also manages your mental health — so nothing falls between two providers.
The care that connects everything else
Blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes and thyroid conditions interact with almost every other treatment you are receiving. Several psychiatric medications affect metabolic health. Several weight-loss treatments affect blood pressure.
Having one provider managing both is not a convenience — it is how you avoid the gaps that open up when nobody is looking at the whole picture.
What we handle
- Chronic conditions including hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes and thyroid disease
- Preventive care and screening guidance
- Medication review and management
- Lab ordering and interpretation
- Everyday concerns that don't warrant urgent care
What telehealth can't do
Some things need hands and a room: physical examination, procedures, imaging and emergencies. We will tell you clearly when that is the case and help you find the right care rather than stretching a video visit past where it works.
What it costs
We are a self-pay practice. We do not bill insurance, which means no prior authorizations, no coverage denials, and no surprise bill months later. You know the price before you book.
We publish our rates because “call for pricing” is a barrier, and barriers are what keep people from getting care.
Frequently asked questions
- Can you be my primary care provider?
- For many people, yes. We will be direct about what needs in-person care so you know where the boundaries are.
- Can you order lab work?
- Yes. Labs are ordered to a facility near you, and results are reviewed with you rather than sent as a portal message you have to decode.
- Do you handle emergencies?
- No. For emergencies call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988.
Care that connects
One provider means these are handled together, not referred out.
