Online ADHD Treatment & Medication Management

Ongoing ADHD care with the same board-certified provider every visit — someone who knows your history because she took it.

Continuity is the whole point

ADHD treatment is a process of adjustment. Dose, timing, formulation and strategy all get refined over months. That only works if the person adjusting them remembers what was already tried.

You see the same provider at every appointment, so your treatment builds on itself instead of restarting each time. Your provider knows your history because she took it.

Treatment is more than a prescription

Medication, where appropriate, is one part of ADHD care. The rest is everything around it.

  • Medication management and adjustment over time, where indicated
  • Managing side effects rather than tolerating them
  • Treating co-occurring anxiety and depression in the same appointment
  • Sleep, which both worsens ADHD and is worsened by some treatments
  • Practical strategy for work, school and executive function

About prescribing by telehealth

Under federal rules currently in effect, practitioners may evaluate patients and prescribe controlled medications by audio-video telemedicine without a prior in-person examination. These flexibilities are extended through December 31, 2026.

Two things are always true: you must be physically located in a state where your provider is licensed, and a prescription is never automatic. Medication is prescribed when it is clinically appropriate after evaluation, and not otherwise.

What it costs

We are a self-pay practice. We do not bill insurance, which means no prior authorizations, no coverage denials, and no surprise bill months later. You know the price before you book.

We publish our rates because “call for pricing” is a barrier, and barriers are what keep people from getting care.

Available across 23 states

ADHD Treatment by video wherever you are licensed to be seen.

Frequently asked questions

Can an online provider prescribe ADHD medication?
Under current federal rules, yes — controlled medications may be prescribed following an audio-video telemedicine evaluation, where clinically appropriate. A prescription is never guaranteed in advance of an evaluation.
I already have a diagnosis. Can you take over my care?
Yes. Bring your records or prior provider's information and we will review your history before continuing or adjusting treatment.
How often are follow-up appointments?
More frequently at first while treatment is being adjusted, then spacing out as you stabilize. Controlled medications require regular follow-up.
Do you treat ADHD alongside anxiety or depression?
Yes, and that is a reason to be here. Your provider is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, so co-occurring conditions are managed together rather than referred out.
What if medication isn't right for me?
Then we treat ADHD without it, or alongside therapy. Medication is one option, not a requirement.

Medication is prescribed only where clinically appropriate following an evaluation. No prescription is guaranteed, and this page does not promise any specific medication or outcome. You must be physically located in a state where your provider is licensed at the time of your visit.
