Pricing
We’re a self-pay practice, and we publish our rates. “Call for pricing” is a barrier, and barriers are what keep people from getting care.
Why we don't take insurance
Not billing insurance means no prior authorizations, no coverage denials, no claim sitting in limbo while you wait to start treatment, and no surprise bill three months later. It also means appointments are as long as they need to be, rather than as long as a reimbursement code allows.
What care costs
- New patient evaluation
- 45–60 minutes. Full history, assessment, and a treatment plan discussed with you.
- Follow-up appointment
- Ongoing medication management and treatment adjustment.
- ADHD diagnostic evaluation
- 60–90 minutes, sometimes across two appointments. Includes rating scales and differential assessment.
- Weight loss visit
- The same rate for your first appointment and every follow-up.
- Therapy session
- 45–60 minutes of psychotherapy with your provider.

Worth knowing
- We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid patients, and we are not in network with any plan.
- We do not bill insurance. On request we can give commercially insured patients an itemized receipt (a superbill) carrying the codes an insurer asks for, which you submit to your plan yourself. Whether your plan pays any part of it is between you and your insurer.
- Lab work, imaging and medication are billed separately by the pharmacy or lab you use, not by this practice.
- These are flat rates for the visit. Your cost is confirmed before you are seen, and there is no charge for being seen by video rather than in person.
If cost is the barrier, say so
If money is the thing standing between you and treatment, call and tell us. We would rather find a way to work with you than lose you to a price list.
As a self-pay patient you have the right to a written Good Faith Estimate of what your care will cost before you receive it. Because our rates are flat fees, the estimate and the charge are the same number. Ask for one at any time — see our self-pay agreement.
A card is kept on file and visit fees are charged 24 hours before your appointment. Cancelling 24 hours or more ahead is free and fully refunded. Our billing, refund and cancellation policy sets out the full terms.
