Telehealth care in Nevada

Psychiatry, ADHD care, weight management, recovery and everyday medical care — from one board-certified provider licensed in Nevada. By video, with no drive and no waiting room.

Yes — we can treat you in Nevada

Shumeka Hill holds an active Nevada license. You'll need to be physically located in Nevada during your appointment — a requirement that applies to every telehealth provider, not just this one.

Nevada grants nurse practitioners full practice authority, so your provider evaluates, diagnoses and prescribes directly — there is no second clinician to route through and no added delay.

Access to care in Nevada

Nevada has one of the most severe per-capita behavioral health workforce shortages in the western United States. Outside Las Vegas and Reno, access to a psychiatric provider often means driving hours or waiting months.

We see patients across the state — Las Vegas, Henderson, Reno, North Las Vegas and Sparks included, along with every community in between. Because care is delivered remotely, where you live in Nevada has no bearing on whether you can be seen.

What we treat in Nevada

One provider across all of it, so nothing falls between two specialists.

Care in Nevada: common questions

Are you licensed to treat patients in Nevada?
Yes. Shumeka Hill, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, CPNP-AC, LCDC II, holds an active license in Nevada, along with 22 other states. You need to be physically located in Nevada at the time of your appointment.
Do I need to travel to an office in Nevada?
No. Every appointment happens by video from wherever you are in Nevada. There is no office to drive to, no waiting room, and no parking.
Do you take insurance in Nevada?
No — we are a self-pay practice and do not bill insurance in any state. That means no prior authorizations and no coverage denials delaying your care, and rates are confirmed before you book. We also do not accept Medicare or Medicaid patients. If you have commercial insurance with out-of-network benefits, we can give you an itemized receipt (a superbill) with the codes an insurer asks for, which you submit yourself. We do not submit claims and cannot say whether your plan will pay any part of it.
What can you treat in Nevada?
ADHD evaluation and treatment, psychotherapy, medical weight loss, Suboxone and addiction care, menopause and hormone therapy, women's and men's health, primary care, and dermatology — all from one provider.
How soon can I be seen?
Most new patients are scheduled within the same week. No referral is required.
