Yes — we're licensed in New Hampshire

Shumeka Hill, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, CPNP-AC, LCDC II, holds licensure in New Hampshire. You'll need to be physically located in New Hampshire during your appointment, which is a requirement for every telehealth provider, not just this one.

Getting care in New Hampshire

New Hampshire's northern counties are considerably less well served than its southern tier, with long waits for psychiatric care common.

We see patients across New Hampshire by video — including Manchester, Nashua, Concord, Dover, Rochester and Keene, and every community in between. Because care is delivered remotely, where you live in New Hampshire makes no difference to whether you can be seen.

Is online ADHD testing legitimate?

It depends entirely on who is doing it. A questionnaire scored by software is not a diagnosis. A clinical evaluation conducted by a licensed psychiatric provider is — and telehealth does not change that.

ADHD is diagnosed through clinical interview, developmental history, symptom assessment across settings, and ruling out the conditions that mimic it. All of that can be done well over video. What cannot be done well is any of it in five minutes.

What your evaluation actually involves

Your evaluation is conducted by Shumeka Hill, PMHNP-BC — a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

  • A structured clinical interview, typically 60–90 minutes
  • Developmental and school history, because ADHD begins in childhood
  • Validated symptom rating scales
  • Screening for the conditions that look like ADHD — anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep disorders and thyroid problems all mimic it
  • A clear diagnostic answer, and an honest one if the answer is no
  • If ADHD is diagnosed, a treatment plan discussed with you rather than handed to you
